Depending on the complexity of the role, the hiring process typically take 2-4 weeks after the initial consultation.

The Standard service includes:

  • Consultation to learn about the position,
  • Writing or enhancing a professional, descriptive and thorough job post,
  • Posting the job on our website (once approved by client),
  • Reviewing all applicant resumes and cover letters submitted,
  • Preparing interview questions specific to the job,
  • Scheduling interviews – Reach out to selected candidates, coordinate interview scheduling,
  • Conducting interviews, record interview notes, save interview recordings for those who give consent to record,
  • Selecting top candidate(s) and send to client including candidate summaries and video interviews,
  • Wrap-up – Send courtesy email to candidates not selected.

Absolutely. After our team makes our recommendations, you will have all the resources you need to make an informed decision. After that, we will help schedule final round interviews to individually meet and assess only your top selections for the position.

Top Virtual Standard is NOT an agency. We are a platform bringing virtual professionals together with small businesses and entrepreneurs seeking to hire them as independent contractors. We are not a middle man and do not earn fees or commissions from either party. The hiring selection is completely up to the business hiring and the pay is negotiated between the two parties. Top Virtual Standard is not involved in any part of hiring or the payment process. Unlike many of the job sites which charge 10-20% fees on every payment to the candidate.
